Philosophy:

Fitness should be enjoyable!  If you don’t enjoy it, you won't stick with it.  As your trainer, I will get to know you, I will listen to you and deliver to you, a training experience that will make you have a passion and love for fitness that will last a lifetime!

  • Certified Personal Trainer

  • International Sports Sciences Association Specialist

  • In Fitness Nutrition

  • TRX Suspension Training Certification

  • CPR and AED Certified.
